Adriana Garibaldi, 1951 | Abstract painter

Adriana Garibaldi was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in 1951. Daughter of artists, she has maintained, since an early age, a great connection with the world of painting and with everything that refers to artistic expression, by attending exhibits and art galleries.

Her mother, also an artist, has painted in the impressionist style, and her father, an Art teacher and artist, has worked mainly with the human figure drawing.

It was under this influence that Adriana has developed a taste for the profession.

When she was twenty-three years old, she started to attend the workshop of the Argentine artist, Jorge Ludueña, where she studied for three years, improving her technique and the mastery of colors and forms even more.

In 1978 she traveled to Brazil – where she currently lives and works – and here she develops her own technique and a more refined style, where the spiritual and the fantastic are reflected.
